Hello everyone! I’ve decided to try something new this year and participate in Blogmas! As you can see, I’ve updated my graphics for the month to reflect this.
On top of this, my partner (Rob) and I agreed that starting this month, we’re each going to choose 3 books for the other to read: two from our existing TBR shelf and one wildcard.
Let’s get started!
What is Blogmas?
From what I’ve managed to gather from Twitter and other blogs, Blogmas is a December blog challenge where you post a blog post every day leading up to Christmas. You can choose to do 12 days of Christmas or 24/25 days of Christmas depending on how adventurous you want to be. Some people even do the entire month of December for a total of 31 posts!
I’m going to try to do the 25 days of Christmas variation and post once per day (including December 25). Unlike many other bloggers, these posts aren’t necessarily going to be Christmas themed–in fact, most of them will not be. I have a lot of reviews to catch up on and several blog tours this month so that’s probably what a majority of my posts will entail.
Onto my December TBR!
December TBR
I’m going to include the three books that Rob’s chosen as well as my December blog tours for now. I might end up reading more books depending on my schedule.
If you’d like to purchase any of the books mentioned below, you can click on the provided affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This comes at no additional cost to you.
Rob’s Choices:
- The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon
- One of Us is Next by Karen M. McManus
- All Systems Red by Martha Wells
Guess which one was the wildcard in the comments!
December Blog Tours/Requested Reviews:
- A Bucket List of Sorts by Leah Battaglio (December 3 or 4)
- You Never See Rainbows at Christmas by Elaine Spires (December 5)
- Christmas at Moonshine Hollow by Angela Britnell (December 7)
- The Spark by Jules Wake (December 11)
- Christmas at the Marshmallow Cafe by CP Ward (December 14)
- Amari and the Night Brothers by B. B. Alston (December 19)
That’s all for now! Let me know if you’re also doing Blogmas or if any of the above books interest you!
Oh my! I am definitely going to check out some of those books on the book tour list!! And I’ll look forward to your posts about them.
