I wanted to make this post because you might have noticed that I have been publishing a lot of Sleuth Kings reviews and not many book reviews lately.
This is because of two main things:
- I have worked through around 6 Sleuth Kings cases with my partner so I’m trying to catch up on those. (I also have one being delivered to me tomorrow so RIP my backlog.)
- I am currently reading House of Leaves which is proving to be an extremely daunting task. In fact, I have heard from someone on my bookstagram that they have tried to finish this book over the course 10 years and have not yet succeeded. Further, they actually don’t know anyone who has finished it. I’m still truckin’ tho.
Now you might be like hey Jenny what the heck it says you’re also reading The Raven King but I don’t actually plan on reviewing TRK just yet. The Raven Cycle is one of my favorite series and I want to do it justice. Once I complete the series I’m going to read it all the way through before any reviews.
I’m currently toying with the idea of starting another YA book that I can hopefully finish quickly and post a review soon. If I do decide to take this course I’ll be reading 3 books at once so wish me luck!
